白细胞介素-6和超敏C-反应蛋白与原发性高血压病分级、危险度分层关系

摘    要:目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和超敏c-反应蛋白(hs—CRP)的血浆水平与原发性高血压病分级、危险度分层关系。方法原发性高血压病患者80例,按临床诊断分级分为:1级20例,2级30例,3级30例;危险度分层分为:低危组13例,中危组16例,高危组15例,极高危组36例。另选择健康对照组20例。测定IL-6、hs—CRP的水平,比较各组间的差异。结果原发性高血压病组IL-6和hs—CRP显著高于正常对照组(P〈0.05),且随着原发性高血压病患者血压分级水平及危险度分层递增而增加,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);IL-6和hs—CRP水平变化呈正相关(r=0.46.P〈0.05)。结论IL-6和hs—CRP浓度能反应原发性高血压病患者血压水平及危重程度,可能参与原发性高血压病的发生、发展及转归,可考虑作为原发性高血压病危险度的新临床量化指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between interleukin - 6 ( IL - 6) , hypersensitive C -reactive protein( hs- CRP) with the stage and risk stratification in essential hypertension ( EH ). Methods Eighty EH patients, graded by clinical diagnosis ( stage 1 : 20 cases, stage 2 : 30 ca- ses, stage 3:30 cases) , risk stratification (low- risk group of 13 patients, intermediate -risk group of 13 cases, high- risk group of 15 cases, very high- risk group of 36 cases) ,and control group consisted of 20 healthy people . The level of IL - 6 and hs - CRP was measured. Person correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the level of IL - 6 and hs - CRP. Results The levels of L - 6 and hs - CRP were significantly higher in EH groups than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). And blood pressure in hypertensive patients increases with graded levels and risk stratification increases, the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) , IL - 6 and hs - CRP levels were positively correlated ( r = 0.46, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions IL - 6 and hs - CRP levels can reflect the level of blood pressure in essential hypertension, may be involved in the occurrence, development and outcome of hypertension, it can be considered as a new clinical hypertension risk quantitative indicators.
