健康教育对中青年高血压病患者用药依从性和生活方式的影响

目的探讨健康教育对中青年高血压病患者用药依从性和生活方式的影响。方法对168例中青年高血压病患者入院时用药依从性和生活方式进行评估，并于住院期间给予多种形式的健康教育及出院指导等措施。半年后来院复查或电话随访评价健康教育效果。结果168例高血压病患者用药依从性和生活方式均显著改善（P均〈0．01），教育前后体质量比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论健康教育对中青年高血压病患者用药依从性和生活方式有显著改善作用。

Effect of health education on medical compliance and lifestyles for young and middle - aged hypertension patients

Objective To investigate the effects health education on medical compliance and lifestyles for young and middle - aged hypertension patients. Methods The assessment of their medical compliance and lifestyles was made among the 168 young and middle - aged patients with es sential hypertension, and the measures, such as various forms of health education and discharge guidance, were taken during the hospitalization. The effect of the health education was evaluated through reexamination or telephone follow - up half a year later. Results The medical compliance and lifestyle were significantly improved in the 168 patients with essential hypertension （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and there was no significant difference in the weight before and after the education （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Health education can significantly improve medical compliance and lifestyles for young and middle - aged hypertension patients.
