| 摘 要： | 目的观察三苯氧胺、乳康软胶囊联合治疗乳腺囊性增生症的疗效。方法将252例乳腺囊性增生症患者按急诊的先后随机分A、B、C3组。A组82例．以三苯氧胺联合其他中成药治疗；B组86例，以三苯氧胺加乳康软胶囊治疗；C组84例，单独以三苯氧胺治疗。结果A组总有效率78．05％，B组总有效率95．35％，C组总有效率66．67％，B组与A组相比差异显著（P〈0．05），B组与C组相比差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论乳康软胶囊与三苯氧胺联合治疗乳腺囊性增生症疗效明显。同时可明显减轻三苯氧胺的毒副作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effect of the combined treatment of RuKang capsule ＆ Tamoxifen on breast cystic hyperplasia. METHODS 252 cases of breast cystic hyperplasia were divided into 3 groups （A,B,C） randomly. Group A （82 cases） was given Tamoxifen and others Chinese medicinal herb. Group B （86 cases） was given Tamoxifen and RuKang capsule. Group C（84 cases） was just given Tamoxifen only. RESULTS The obviously effective rate of these three groups was as follows： A： 78.05 % ; B： 95.35 % ; C： 66.67 %. Comparing B with A and C, the significant difference result was： A vs B （ P 〈 0.05） ; B vs C （P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSIONS Combined RuKang capsule with Tamoxifen to treat the cystic hyperplasia of breast is effectiveness and lessen the side effect of Tamoxifen. |
