| 摘 要： | 目的了解近5届大学新生乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)携带和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的异常及变化情况,为学生乙肝的防治工作提供科学依据。方法对我校2003-2007年本科新生HBsAg和ALT的检测结果进行统计分析。结果5届29376名新生中HBsAg总的阳性率为6.78%,ALT异常率为5.45%,HBsAg阳性伴ALT异常检出率为0.80%;男生HBsAg阳性率为7.34%,女生HBsAg阳性率为4.85%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=50.05,P<0.01);男生ALT异常率为6.48%,女生ALT异常率为1.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=210.31,P<0.01)。5届新生的HBsAg阳性率不完全相同,2003年最高,为7.24%,2007年最低,为5.97%,并呈逐年下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.79,P<0.05);5届新生的ALT异常率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=177.70,P<0.01)。结论我校新生的HBsAg阳性及ALT异常情况不容乐观,男生的HBsAg阳性率和ALT异常率均明显高于女生,应给予更多关注。
