Pilon骨折的治疗分析

目的 总结治疗Pilon骨折的方法和治疗效果。方法自2001年2月至2006年8月，治疗Pilon骨折72例，男42例，女30例，开放骨折16例，闭合骨折56例，根据Ruedi—Allgower分类，Ⅱ型骨折34例，Ⅲ型骨折38例。对开放骨折采用外固定架结合有限内固定治疗，闭合骨折采用切开复位内固定治疗。应用Bourne标准对疗效进行评价。结果随访时间8—54个月，平均24个月。72例疗效为：优39例，良24例，可7例，差2例，优良率87．5％。结论采用外固定架结合有限内固定治疗开放性Pilon骨折，切开复位内固定治疗闭合性Pilon骨折可取得较满意的骨折复位和临床疗效。
