五种血清免疫性不孕抗体检测在女性不孕诊断中的应用价值

目的 探讨5种血清免疫性不孕抗体在女性不孕诊断中的应用价值.方法 对2009年10月-2011年3月370例不孕患者5种血清免疫性不孕抗体的检测结果进行回顾性分析,并与56例正常生育妇女比较.结果 不孕组和对照组5种血清免疫性不孕抗体阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).不孕组中以抗卵巢抗体阳性率最高.不同年龄段不孕患者5种血清免疫性不孕抗体阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 血清免疫性不孕抗体是引起不孕的重要免疫因素,其检测对免疫性不孕的诊断、治疗具有重要指导意义.

Application and Value of Five Kinds of Serumal Antibodies of Immune Infertility Examination in Diagnosing Infertility

Objective To explore the application of five kinds of serumal antibodies of immune infertility examination in diagnosing infertility.Methods Retrospective analysis of the serumal antibodies results of immune infertility examinations of 370 patients between October 2009 and March 2011 with infertility was made and compared with that of 56 normal women.Results There was significant difference between the infertility group and the control group（P0.01）.The masculine rate of antiovarian antibodies was the highest one in the infertility group.But there was no significant difference between the different age groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The immune infertility antibodies is the important cause for the barren women,and its examination is meaningful for the diagnosis of infertility.
