后腹腔镜治疗复杂性肾囊肿临床分析

目的 评价后腹腔镜治疗复杂性肾囊肿的安全性和有效性.方法 对在我院采用后腹腔镜治疗的复杂性肾囊肿的13例的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 本组手术全部成功,无中转开放手术者.平均手术时间75 min.术中平均出血量30 ml.术后平均住院时间6d.术后12-24个月复查B超、CT,1例复发.结论 后腹腔镜是一种安全、有效、微创、恢复快的手术,是治疗复杂性肾囊肿的理想方法.

Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Diagnosing and Treating Complicated Renal Cysts

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the treatment of complicated renal cyst. Methods Clinical data of 13 patients with complicated renal cysts treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the operations were successful and no conversing open unroofing occurred. The average operation time was 75 minutes. The average blood loss was 30 ml intraoperatire. The average hospitalization time was 6 days postoperative. 13 cases were followed up for 12-24 months postoperatively, with 1 case recurrence according to type B ultrasound and CT. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopy is a safe, effective and minimally invasive procedure with rapid recovery. The procedure should be considered as the ideal treatment for complicated renal cysts.
