双动股骨头置换治疗高龄不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者疗效分析

目的分析及评价双动股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折患者的疗效。方法应用人工双极股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折46例,其中男19例,女27例;年龄71～92岁,平均81.3岁。骨折类型(Evans分类):Ⅲ型26例,Ⅳ型20例。结果 46例均顺利完成手术,术后发生尿路感染3例,肺部感染1例,经对症治疗后痊愈。40例获随访,随访6个月至5年,平均12个月,按Harris评分标准:优7例,良25例,差8例,优良率80%。结论双动股骨头置换治疗高龄不稳定粗隆间骨折患者是一种有效、可靠的方法。

Effect of bipolar-femur prosthetic replacement for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of senile patients and analysis of treatment results

ObjectiveTo analyze and evaluate the effect of bipolar-femur prosthetic replacement for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of senile patients.Methods Forty-six cases of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of senile patients were treated with bipolar-femur prosthetic replacement.Of the 46 cases,19 were male,27 were female,with an age range of 71-92,averaging 81.3 years old.Classification of bone fractures(Evans classification) was as follows: 26 cases were of Ⅲ type;20 cases were of Ⅳ type.Results Surgery on 46 cases was all successfully completed.Following surgery,3 cases of urinary tract infections and 1 case of pulmonary infection were all cured with symptomatic treatment.Forty cases had clinical follow-ups for a duration of 6 months to 5 years,with an average of 12 months.They were assessed with the Harris score,which revealed that 7 cases were excellent,25 cases were good,and 8 cases were poor,with a total excellent and good rate of 80%.Conclusion Bipolar-femur prosthetic replacement for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture of senile patients was an effective and reliable treatment method.
