高效液相色谱法测定活血清脑丸中阿魏酸的含量

摘    要:目的 应用高效液相色谱法测定活血清脑丸中阿魏酸的含量.方法 色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax SB C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(30∶70);流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为321 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量为10 μl.结果 阿魏酸在2.01~40.16 μg/ml范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)为101.09%,相对标准偏差为1.88%.活血清脑丸供试品(批号20090316、20100719、20101207)中阿魏酸含量分别为125.7、165.2、98.5 μg/g,相对标准偏差分别为1.33%、1.92%、1.37%.结论 高效液相色谱法用于活血清脑丸阿魏酸的含量测定操作简便、准确可靠,有助于加强该制剂的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective To use high performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC) for determination about content of ferulic acid in activating blood circulated-clear brain pill.Methods The Agilent Zorbax SB C18 pole(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid(30∶70),the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength at 321 nm,the column temperature at 30℃,and the inject volume 10 μl.Results A good linear correlation of ferulic acid was observed within the range of 2.01-40.16 μg/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 101.09% with RSD 1.88%(n=6).The contents of feulic acid in activating blood circulated-clear brain pill(batch 20090316,20100719,20101207) were 125.7,165.2 and 98.5 μg/g with RSD 1.33%,1.92% and 1.37%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination and quality control of ferulic acid in activating blood circulated-clear brain pill.
