2007—2011年我院抗抑郁药应用情况分析

目的 了解我院抗抑郁药的使用情况及用药趋势,促进临床合理用药.方法 采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量(defined daily dose,DDD)分析法,对我院2007-2011年抗抑郁药的销售金额和用药频度(DDDs)进行统计分析.结果 我院使用的抗抑郁药包括三环类抗抑郁药、选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制药、5-羟色胺与去甲肾上腺素再摄取双重抑制药、特异性5-羟色胺类抗抑郁药、选择性去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制药,销售金额和DDDs均呈逐年增长趋势,文拉法辛、米塔扎平、帕罗西汀、西酞普兰、舍曲林5种药物的销售金额之和占各年度销售总金额的90％以上,DDDs之和占各年度总DDDs的62％以上,而三环类抗抑郁药的DDDs之和占各年度总DDDs的27％以下.结论 我院使用的抗抑郁药结构比较合理,基本符合我国目前抗抑郁药的发展趋势.

Analysis of Application of Antidepressants During 2007 and 2011 in Our Hospital

Objective To investigate the consumption of antidepressants in our hospital in order to promote clinical rational drug usage. Methods We statistically analyzed the sales and frequency of using medicine during 2007 and 2011 in our hospital by defined daily dose （DDD） which the WHO recommended. Results There were antidepressant drugs that were used in our hospital, including tricyclic antidepressants, selectivity 5-hydroxytryptamine re-uptake suppressant, 5-hydroxytryptamine with norepinephrine re-uptake double suppressant, specificity 5-hydroxytryptamine antide- pressant drug and selectivity norepinephrine re-uptake suppressant. The sales and DDDs of antidepressant drugs were in- creasing, and the amount of Venlafaxine, Mirtazapine, Paroxetine, Citalopram and Sertraline was over 90% of annual sales. The DDDs amount was over 62% of annual DDDs total sum, and the amount of tcas and DDDs was less 27% of annual DDDs total sum. Conclusion The structure of a antidepressants used in our hospital was basically reasonable and it is consistent with the development trend of antidepressants in our country.
