| 摘 要： | 目的评价高频超声对乳腺良恶性肿块的鉴别诊断价值。方法用高频超声对143例乳腺肿块进行诊断并将结果与病理检查结果进行对照,找出良恶性肿瘤的鉴别要点。结果良恶性肿瘤在形态轮廓、是否有包膜、回声特征、血流信号、钙化、毛刺样或蟹足样改变、纵横比等指标均具有差异性。结论肿块的形态轮廓、回声特征、血流信号、钙化、蟹足样毛刺样改变等对乳腺良恶性肿块诊断具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasonography in the identification and diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods Diagnostic results and pathology in 143 cases of breast tumors were compared with high frequency ultrasonography and main points for the identification and diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors were sought out.Results There were differences in the morphology,existence of capsule,features of echo,signal of blood flow,calcification,and burr-like or claw-like changes for benign and malignant tumors.Conclusion The morphology,features of echo,signal of blood flow,calcification and burr-like or claw-like changes were of great significance for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. |
