常压低水温环境下某型特种防护服装的保暖性能测评

摘    要:目的通过对某型特种防护服装的水下保暖性能测评,为该特种防护服装的研制和特种工况下作业时间的制定提供理论依据。方法 3名海军潜水员着特种防护服装,在常压条件下潜入10℃的水中,观察其耐受时间。结果 3名潜水员在常压条件下潜入10℃的水中耐受时间分别是210 min、145 min、215 min,出舱时均有寒冷感,肢体活动尚可,功能无明显改变。结论潜水员着该特种服装在常压条件10℃的水中可耐受120 min以上,能够满足设计要求。

Abstract:Objective To research and develop a special protective suit and also to provide theoretical basis for the determination of endurance time(min) under special working conditions,through the access of evaluating the thermal performance of the suit under normal pressure and low temperature water conditions.Methods Three naval divers wearing the special protective suits were submerged in the 10℃ water under normal pressure,and their endurance time in the water was observed and calculated.Results The maximal endurance time that could be tolerated in the 10℃ water was 215,210 and 145 min respectively.When the divers came out of the water chamber,they all felt cold,but their limbs was not stiff,and no abnormality was noted in their normal functions.Conclusion Under normal pressure and 10℃ water conditions,the minimal endurance time for the divers wearing such kind of protective suit was 120 min,which could satisfy the designed requirements of the suit.
