介入疗法联合伽玛刀治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果观察

目的观察介入联合伽玛刀治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法 156例原发性肝癌患者行介入联合伽玛刀治疗,随访2年。结果 156例患者全部完成治疗,完全缓解28例,部分缓解101例;总有效率82.7%,6、12、18、24个月的生存率分别为96.2%,82.1%,70.1%,53.2%;无严重不良反应。结论介入联合伽玛刀治疗原发性肝癌有较好的近期临床效果,可提高患者的生存率,远期疗效尚待进一步观察。

Therapeutic effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with gamma-knife radiotherapy on primary hepatic carcinoma

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) combined with gamma-knife radiotherapy on primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases of primary hepatic carcinoma were treated with TACE plus gamma-knife radiotherapy.All the patients had 2 years of clinical follow-ups.Results All the patients completed the treatment,among whom 28 cases had complete remission,101 cases had partial remission,with a total effective rate of 82.7%.Survival rates of 6,12,18 and 24 months accounted for 96.2%,82.1%,70.1% and 53.2% respectively.No serious adverse effects were noticed among the patients.Conclusion TACE combined with gamma-knife radiotherapy had relatively good shirt-term clinical effects on primary hepatic carcinoma,it could increase survival rate of patients.However,long-term clinical effects of the treatment remain to be seen.
