复方健骨胶囊对大鼠卵巢切除诱导的骨质疏松症的影响

目的观察复方健骨胶囊对大鼠卵巢切除诱导的骨质疏松症的影响。方法共60只雌性SD大鼠,其中50只制作成卵巢切除诱导的骨质疏松症模型,按低(200 mg/kg)、中(400 mg/kg)、高(800 mg/kg)剂量,每个剂量10只大鼠,给予复方健骨胶囊,称为低、中、高剂量组;10只给予碳酸钙溶液(阳性药对照组);10只给予蒸馏水代替复方健骨胶囊(模型组)。另外10只大鼠不切除卵巢,只切除1小块脂肪代替,也给予蒸馏水(假手术组)。给药90 d后测定各组骨钙含量和骨密度。结果模型组的骨钙含量和骨密度明显低于假手术组,表明造模成功。复方健骨胶囊中、高剂量组与模型组相比,骨钙的含量显著提高(P<0.05);高剂量组骨密度与模型组相比显著升高(P<0.05)。结论复方健骨胶囊具有增加骨钙含量、提高骨密度的作用,具有抗骨质疏松的作用。

Effect of the compound Jiangu capsule on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats

ObjctrtiveTo study the effect of the compound Jiangu capsule on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. METHODS:Of the 60 female SD rats,50 were used to develop the osteoporosis model with ovariectomy.The animals were given the compound Jiangu capsule with low(200 mg/kg),medium(400 mg/kg) and high(800 mg/kg) doses,with each dosage group having 10 rats,i.e.the low-dosage group,the medium-dosage group and the high-dosage group.Ten rats were given calcium carbonate solution(the positive drug control group),another 10 were given distilled water instead of the compound Jiangu capsule(the model group),and still another 10 did not receive ovariectomy,but with an excision of a small piece of fat instead and were also given distilled water(the sham surgery group).Calcium content and bone mineral density were detected,90 days after the administration of the drug. RESULTS:Calcium content and bone mineral density of the model group were obviously lower than those of the sham group,indicating that the model was successfully established.Bone calcium contents in the animals of the medium and high dosage groups increased significantly,when compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Bone mineral density of the high dosage group also increased significantly,when compared with that of the model group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION:The compound Jiangu capsule had the effect of increasing calcium content and bone mineral density,and for this reason it had the effect of anti-osteoporosis.
