骨骼疲劳损伤诊断分析

目的探讨骨骼疲劳损伤的诊断方法。方法 2000年6月至2011年2月,对176例来院的骨骼疲劳损伤的患者根据病史、临床症状及X线片检查进行分析诊断。结果本组病例诊断及治疗效果较好,全部获得随访,平均随访时间3个月;骨愈合时间1～2个月,全部恢复工作和训练。结论骨骼疲劳损伤在病史、临床表现及X线片中具有特征性表现,在与其他疾病进行鉴别诊断时具有重要的临床意义。

Diagnosis and analysis of skeletal fatigue damage

Objective To study the diagnostic methods for skeletal fatigue damage.Methods In accordance with medical history,clinical symptoms and X-ray examination,diagnosis and analysis were made on the 176 patients,who came to the hospital from June 2000 to February 2011 for treatment of skeletal fatigue damage.Results All the cases had clear diagnosis and good results were achieved after treatment.The patients had 3 months of clinical follow-ups on the average.Bone healing time was 1-2 months and all the patients resumed their work and training.Conclusion Skeletal fatigue damage has its specific features in medical histories,clinical manifestations and X-ray images,which are of clinical significance in the identification and diagnosis of other diseases.
