| 摘 要： | 本文通过日常工作实例,列举护士在药品领取、配置、分发、实施治疗、使用观察各个环节的重要作用,提出护士只有增强自身素质,注重安全用药的细节管理,提高对药物不良反应(ADR)的警觉,加强防范,才能提高医疗护理质量,防范医疗风险,保障患者的用药安全.

| Abstract: | The paper based on the examples and daily work cited the roles of nurses in each aspect such as drug collection, collocation, distribution, implementation of treatment and medication observation to demonstrate the important role of nurses in medical safety and preventing medical risks. In order to improve the quality of medical care, avoid medical treatment risks and ensure the safety of the patient＇s medication, nurses should enhance the management of the details in safe medication and improve the awareness of adverse drug reaction （ADR） in order to ensure the safety of medication. |
