老年患者经尿道前列腺电切术3种麻醉方法效果比较

目的探讨108例老年患者经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)中3种麻醉方法的效果。方法将108例择期行经尿道前列腺电切术的老年患者经知情同意后分为硬腰联合麻醉组(CSEA组)、硬膜外麻醉组(CEA组)和蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉组(SA组),每组36人。观察3组的麻醉效果、血流动力学变化和术中并发症发生情况。结果 CSEA组与SA组麻醉效果优于CEA组(P<0.05),SA组血压下降值高于CSEA组与CEA组(P<0.05),各组并发症比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论CSEA用于老年患者经尿道前列腺电切术安全有效,是该手术较理想的麻醉方式。

Comparison of the effects of 3 different anesthetic methods used for transurethral prostatectomy in senile patients

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of 3 different anesthetic methods used for transurethral prostatectomy(TURP) in 108 senile patients.Methods One hundred and eight senile patients expecting to receive TURP were divided into 3 groups: the CSEA group,the CEA group and the SA group,each consisting of 36 patients.Observations were made to see the anesthetic effects,the hemodynamic changes and complications occurred in the 3 groups.Results The anesthetic effects of the CSEA group and the SA group were better than that of the CEA group(P<0.05).The blood pressure of the SA group dropped lower than those of the CSEA group and CEA group(P<0.05),and no significant differences in complications could be seen in the 3 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Results showed that CSEA was an effective and safe method in transurethral prostatectomy in senile patients and was a more ideal anesthetic method for this type of surgery.
