| 摘 要： | 目的 了解我院住院患者死亡的相关因素,为疾病预防治疗提供科学依据.方法 根据国际疾病分类体系(ICD-10)根本死亡原因编码分析我院住院死亡患者的临床资料.结果 我院住院患者病死率为1.24%,男性多于女性,以>60岁者为主,恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病居死亡病因前3位.结论 对人们进行健康教育,加强慢性病防治,提高医疗技术水平,是降低病死率的关键. |

| Abstract: | Objective To learn the correlative factors of death for the inpatients in order to provide a scientific basis for disease prevention and treatment.Methods The clinical data of obituary inpatients classified by ICD-10 were analyzed by encoding of obituary cause.Results The fatality rate in our hospital was 1.24%,the number of male inpatients was significantly higher than that of the female and the age of the obituary inpatients was mostly over 60 years old.The top 3 causes of death were malignant tumor,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory chronic illness.Conclusion It would be the key to reducing fatality rate by popularizing people′s knowledge of preventive health care,strengthening the prevention of chronic disease and raising the level of medical technology. |
