综合心理干预治疗官兵功能性胃肠病100例效果观察

目的 探讨综合心理干预治疗官兵功能性胃肠病(functional gastrointestinal diseases,FGIDs)的临床疗效.方法 200例FGIDs依据入院时间分成观察组和对照组,每组各100例.对照组仅给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合心理干预治疗.观察干预前后两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及生活质量改善情况.结果 干预后两组SDS和HAMA评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后观察组生活质量各项评分低于干预前和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论在常规药物治疗的同时配合综合心理干预有助于改善FGIDs患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量.

The Effectiveness of Comprehensiveness Mental Intervention with Functional Gastrointestinal Diseases for Officers and Soldiers(A Report of 100 Cases)

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensiveness mental intervention in functional gastrointestinal diseases （FGID）. Methods 200 patients with FGIDs were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in the control group （n = 100） were treated with conventional treatment and nursing, while 100 patients in the therapy group were additionally treated with comprehensive mental intervention. We compared the self-rating depression scale （SDS）, Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and living grade estimation. Results The SDS and HAMA in the two groups after mental intervention therapy were significantly lower than that of before mental intervention therapy, and that of thera- py group were lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The parameters of quality of life in the therapy group after treatment were significantly lower than that of before treatment and that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Functional gastrointestinal diseases （FGID） treated by comprehensiveness mental intervention in addition to common therapy can improve anxiety, depression and living grade estimation.
