| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了美军家庭医学教育和培训工作的现状,分析了美军家庭医学工作的开展方法,即以社区为基础的个人居家医学照顾,实施以患者为中心的照护和全人为导向的卫生保健,加强人才队伍、学科建设,改进信息系统和服务模式,提高服务质量和安全.美军医学服务和教育培养比较规范,对我军具有一定的借鉴作用.

| Abstract: | We introduced the current situation of U. S military family medicine education and training in this article. We analyzed the methods of Family Medicine Services in the U. S; they included community-based medical care, patient-centered care, and whole-person orientation care. The quality and safety of the service were promoted by strengthening family medicine work force, disciplinary building-up, improving information systems and service pattern, and enhancing the service quality and safety. U. S military family medicine education and training are normative, so we can learn from it. |
