| 摘 要： | 总结9例患采用经桡动脉途径进行冠状动脉介入治疗的护理，术前必须做好Allen试验，掌握其穿刺方法；同时做好心理护理及术中密切配合、严密监护；术后配合拔除鞘管，压迫止血方法使用得当；手部末梢循环的观察及时、准确；预防并发症发生。

| Abstract: | By nursing 6 patients receiving coronary artery intervention therapy via radial artery, authors concluded such measures as preoperative preparation of Allen test, mastery of puncturing method, mental nursing, close cooperation and close monitoring at surgical operation, postoperative withdrawal of sheath and proper hemostasia by pressing, timely and accurate observation of hand acroteric circulation and prevention of complications. |
