| 摘 要： | 目的 分析HCG对卵巢癌细胞株3AO凋亡的影响，探讨HCG在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用。方法 首先用顺铂诱导3AO细胞凋亡，然后在顺铂处理前后用不同浓度的HCG作用48h，采用丫啶橙(AO)和溴化乙锭(EB)荧光双染色法对凋亡细胞计数。结果 HCG能抑制3AO细胞凋亡，而且这种抑制作用具有浓度依赖性，随着HCG浓度的增加抑制作用加强。结论 HCG可以通过抑制顺铂介导的凋亡而影响卵巢癌细胞的化疗敏感性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the effect of different HCG concentration on cisplatin induced apoptosis of 3AO cells in ovarian caner and explore the mechanism bywhich HCG affects on the development of ovarian cancer. Methods Cisplatin induced apoptosis of ovarian cancer 3AO cells, and apoptosis induced by cisplatin with or without HCG treatment was investigated by AO/EB fluorescent stain.Results HCG could obviously inhibit the apoptosis of 3AO cells induced by cisplatin in a dose dependent manner ( P<0.05). Conclusion HCG may affect the sensitiveness of chemotherapy on ovarian cancer cells by inhibition of cisplatin induced apoptosis. |
