四川省贫困地区村卫生室(站)卫生服务能力现况研究

目的：了解四川省贫困地区农村卫生室（站）的服务能力现状，找出存在的缺陷与不足，为贫困地区农村卫生改革策略的制定提供依据。方法：采用问卷调查及深入访谈相结合的方法，对四川省2个国家级贫困县6个乡镇的17个村卫生室的服务能力进行调查研究。结果：四川省贫困地区村卫生室（站）具有一定的规模，能提供基本的医疗卫生服务，但普遍存在村卫生室人员总体素质不高、卫生设施简陋等问题。结论：为提高贫困地区村卫生室的服务能力，建议适当调整村卫生室的布局，加强对村卫生室人员的培养与培训，加大政府与集体投入，完善村卫生室服务功能，使其能更好的为农村居民提供服务。

STUDY ON THE PRESENT CONDITIONS OF HEALTH SERVICES PROVIDED BY VILLAGE CLINICS IN THE POVERTY-STRICKEN AREAS OF SICHUAN PROVINCE

Objective:To understand the present conditions of health service provided by village clinics in the poverty-stricken areas in Sichuan province,to find out the existent deficiency and provide foundations for establishing the innovation strategy of country health in the poverty-stricken areas.Methods: 17 village clinics in 6 villages and towns in the 2 poverty-stricken cities,Sichuan province,were investigated through questionnaire and deeps interview.Results: The village clinic in the poverty-stricken areas of Sichuan province had a stated scale and could provide primary medical and preventive services.But there were some problems,such as the whole quality of village doctors and assistants was poor,and the medical instruments of village clinics were simple and crude.Condition:In order to improve the service capability of village clinics in the poverty-stricken areas,suggestions are made as following: adjust the position of village clinics properly,strengthen the training of village doctors and assistants,increase the devotion of the government and collectivity,and improve the building and medical instruments of village clinics.
