稻花香活力型白酒对大鼠血中内毒素和IL-6的影响

目的:通过观察稻花香活力型白酒(DVL)和普通稻花香白酒(DCL)对大鼠血中内毒素和IL-6水平的影响,以比较这两种酒毒性的差异,并探讨白酒毒性及肝损伤的机理。方法:将28只SD大鼠随机分为DVL组、DCL组和正常对照组,采用上述两种白酒进行大剂量灌胃,制备大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,采用基质染色法检测血浆中内毒素浓度,采用ABC-ELISA法检测血清中IL-6含量,并取肝脏作组织切片观察。结果:DCL组内毒素水平及IL-6含量显著升高,且肝细胞广泛浊肿,胞浆内出现弥漫脂滴,胞核模糊不清,而DVL组的内毒素及IL-6水平明显低于DCL组,且肝细胞浊肿及脂肪变较轻。结论:与普通稻花香白酒相比,稻花香活力型白酒可降低血液中内毒素水平,减少大鼠体内IL-6的产生,从而减轻了对肝脏的损害。

The Effect of Daohuaxiang Vigor Liquor on Endotoxin and IL-6 in the Blood of Rats

Objective:To investigate the effects of endotoxin and IL-6 in blood of rats by making a comparison of toxicity between DVL(Daohuaxiang vigor liquor) and DCL(Daohuaxiang common liquor),and probe into the mechanism of toxicity and liver injury induced by alcohol.Methods:28 SD rats were randomly devided into DVL group,DCL group and normal control group.The rat model of acute liver injury was established by treating high dose of above liquor.The levels of endotoxin in plasma were measured by ground substance staining.ABC-ELISA(avidin-biotin complex-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) were employed to determine level of IL-6 in serum.Meanwhile,the tissue section of liver was take out and observed.Results:The amount of endotoxin and IL-6 were obviously increased in DCL group,and histological structure changes were characterized by hepatic cellular swelling generally,blur nuclei,lipid droplets dispersed throughout the cytoplasm.However,endotoxin and IL-6 level of DVL group were significantly lower than that of DCL group,the hepatocytes swelling and fatty degeneration is also lighter.Conclusions:DVL could decreased endotoxin's blood level and lower the content of IL-6 in rats so as to relieve the liver injury caused by alcohol,as compared with DCL.
