心理护理对躯体形式障碍性怕冷症患者康复的影响

目的 观察心理护理对躯体形式障碍性怕冷症患者康复的影响.方法 选取躯体形式障碍性怕冷症患者45例,在进行药物治疗的同时配合个性化心理护理干预,并在心理护理干预前及心理护理干预4周后,对患者进行心理、穿衣、环境适应能力、生活自理能力等测评,比较心理护理干预前后的治疗效果.结果 经过系统化治疗及个性化心理护理干预4周后,患者对疾病有了正确的认知,并能自觉主动采取正确的应对疾病的措施,怕冷症状较入院时有了明显改善,环境适应能力及生活自理能力有了明显提高.结论 心理护理干预在躯体形式障碍性怕冷症患者的康复中起到了重要作用.

Effects of psychological nursing to patients with somatoform disorder

Objective To observe the impact of psychological nursing intervention on recovery of somatoform disorder patients.Methods A total of 45 somatoform disorder patients with frigophobia symptom were selected and performed individualized psychological nursing for 4 weeks.The indicators containing psychological status,dressing,environmental adapting ability and daily living ability were assessed and compared between before and after intervention.Results After 4 weeks of systematic treatment and individualized psychological nursing intervention,patients acquired a correct cognition of the disease and could take the proper coping measures.In addition,the frigophobia symptom was improved and their environmental adaptation ability and self-care capacity had been significantly improved.Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with somatoform disorder.
