加强临床抗感染药合理使用管理

目的为了加强医院抗感染药物使用的管理,防止抗感染药物的滥用,减少细菌耐药性的产生。方法汇总调查的2005年10月～2006年4月我院全院出院病例共2418份,统计这组病例抗感染药物的使用情况。结果2418份住院病人中共有1425例应用抗感染药物,使用率58.93%。其中一联用药占61.96%%,二联用药占32.49%,三联用药占4.35%,三联以上用药占1.19%。本组病人医院感染97例,发生率4.01%,其中霉菌感染14例,占14.43%,应用抗感染药物出现不良反应者6例,发生率占0.42%。结论不合理使用抗感染药物会导致二重感染机会增多,增加细菌的耐药菌产生,使原有的感染难以控制,感染治愈率降低。加强临床三级查房制度,层层把关,逐级落实,责任分明,加强对抗感染药物应用的监督管理势在必行。

Deeper Management of Reasonable Use of Clinical Anti-infective Agents

Objective To strengthen the management of anti-infective agents in hospital and prevent abusing of anti-infective agents for the sake of reducing drug-fast bacteria.Methods A total of 2,148 medical records from Oct2005 to Apr 2006were investigated retrospectively for the use of anti-infective agents.Results The use of anti-infective agents was 1425 cases,among them the drug by oneself use was 61.96%,the drug combination therapy was32.49%,the drug combination three was 4.35%,excess the drug combination three was 1.19%.The patients with fungus infection were 4.01%.Among them the mildew infection was 14 cases and 14.43%,anti-infective agents reaction was 6 cases and 0.42%.Conclusions The irrational use of anti-infective can result in the increase of chance bi-infective and increase drug-fast bacteria which makes original infection uncontrolled in order for reducing rate of cure.To strengthen the three-level going around and inquire in hospital,checking on level by level and putting into effect,distinguishing duty.It is inevitable to strengthen the management of anti-infective agents used in hospital.
