轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清锌水平及补锌治疗的意义

目的：探讨轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清锌水平及补锌治疗的意义。方法：检测252例轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清锌水平与正常儿童锌水平进行对照，并将252例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分成对照组124例和治疗组128例，两组均常规抗病毒、补液纠酸、对症等综合治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用葡萄糖酸锌片。结果：轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清锌浓度水平明显低于本地区同龄健康儿童血清锌浓度水平，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；总有效率治疗组87．50％，对照组58．87％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=25．00，P〈0．01）。结论：轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清锌水平较同龄健康儿童低，在常规治疗的基础上补充葡萄糖酸锌可提高疗效。
