肥胖及非肥胖2型糖尿病患者同型半胱氨酸水平与脂质过氧化的关系

摘    要:目的:分析肥胖及非肥胖2型糖尿病患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)水平及其相关性。方法:选择身体健康者(对照组)46例、2型糖尿病非肥胖患者(非肥胖糖尿病组)50例、2型糖尿病肥胖患者(肥胖糖尿病组)53例为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱荧光检测法测定血浆Hcy水平,硫代巴比妥法测定MDA浓度,并分析两者的相关性。结果:(1)非肥胖糖尿病组Hcy及MDA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)肥胖糖尿病组Hcy及MDA水平显著高于非肥胖糖尿病组(P<0.01)。(3)两组糖尿病患者的血清Hcy水平与MDA水平均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病患者Hcy水平与脂质过氧化密切相关,肥胖糖尿病患者尤为明显。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the plasma homocysteine (Hcy) concentration and its relationship with lipid peroxidation. Method: The research subjects include healthy volunteer (n=46), non-obese (n=50) and obese (n=53) type 2 diabetes mellitus. They were assigned to control group, obese diabetics group and non-obese diabetes group. Hcy level was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Malondialdehyde (MDA) was detected using thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS).Results: The plasma Hcy and MDA concentrations were significantly higher in obese diabetes than in non-obese diabetes (P<0.01). Correlation analysis demonstrated that there was a group positive correlation between Hcy and MDA (r=0.41, P<0.01) in diabetes groups. Conclusion: The level of total homocysteine is closely related to the lipid peroxidation in diabetes groups. And this relevance is more obvious in obese patients.
