张仲景经方计量古今研究探讨

从度量衡制的沿革探讨了中医方药计量的变化，对古今研究进行了梳理和对比分析，有些计量概念进行了考据研究，有些数据进行了分析讨论。认为经方计量一尺合今23．1cm，一升合今200mL，一两合今13．8g的考据更具说服力；东汉光和大司农铜权标称值不确定，是一两合今13．8g与15．6g分歧的关键因素之一。有学者考证并否认“神农称”的存在及其对中国医用度量衡的影响。至于“复秤”与“古药升”诸说文献依据尚感不足，有待进一步考证。经方临证中具体剂量的研究，在今后一段时期，仍将是围绕相关影响因素限定下剂量适应范围的确定来开展研究。

Ancient and Present Study of Dosage Measurement of Herbal Ingredients in Classical Formulas Administered by Zhang Zhongjing

The article discusses the changes of dosage measurement of herbal Ingredients in terms of the historical evolution of the system of length, capacity and weight, and makes a comparison between the ancient and present use. Textual research and analysis about measurement have been carried out. In the classic formulas one chi was about 23.1 cm, one sheng, 200 ml, and one liang 13.8 g, which is more convincing. In the Eastern Han dynasty, there was another system of length, capacity and weight, according to which one liang was about 15.6 g. Some scholars deny existence of the ＂Shen Nong Scale＂ and its influence on the system of measurement. About other systems of measurement in ancient times it needs further investigation. It is suggested that dosage measurement of herbal ingredients in classic formulas and its aoolication deserve a profound study.
