| 摘 要： | 《金匮要略》是仲景论述杂病之专著,全书以整体观念为指导思想,以脏腑经络学说为理论依据,对人体脏腑经络内外动态平衡失调而产生的一系列内在病理变化的"先后"演绎之形式作了实质性探讨.仲景在此选用"先后"一语,寓意深刻,既有时序概念又寓因果之理,并蓄规律深意,更具本末之机.本人从首篇《脏腑经络先后篇》之"先后"一语纵览全书,试论述其要义.

| Abstract: | Jingui Yaolue is exclusive book of ZHANG Zhong-jing talking about miscellaneous diseases,the concept of wholism is it's guiding idea and the theory of Zang Fu and meridian is it's theoretical basis,it had material discussion about a series of pathologic changes by mean of"before and after" result in the imbalance of dynamic equilibrium of Zang Fu and meridian inside and outside of the human body.ZHANG Zhong-jing choice"before and after" had profound meaning,it not only has time concept and consequent succession,but also has regular rule,as well as principal aspect and minor details.I try to discuss the main meaning by mean of"before and after" in the text of Zang Fu and meridian change successively. |
