2型糖尿病血瘀证与非血瘀证患者血清瘦素水平的比较

目的 :研究 2型糖尿病血瘀证与非血瘀证患者血清瘦素水平的变化及意义。方法 :采用放射免疫法测定 6 0例 2型糖尿病血瘀证与 10 6例 2型糖尿病非血瘀证患者的血清瘦素水平 ,观察其与性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)、脂肪百分比 (% Fat)、空腹血糖 (FBS)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL - C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL - C)、三酰甘油 (TG)、内皮素 (ET)、血浆胰岛素 (INS)等指标的关系。结果 :血瘀证与非血瘀证患者年龄和HDL - C二项指标差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;多元线性相关结果显示瘦索与 ET、INS、TG呈正相关 ;在逐步回归分析中FBS、HDL - C、ET、TC最后进入方程。结论 :2型糖尿病血瘀证与非血瘀证患者的血清瘦素水平变化不大 ;FBS、HDL - C、ET、TC、INS等是与血清瘦素水平变化的主要相关因素

The comparion of the levels of the serum leptin of type 2 diabetes patients with blood stasis syndrome and non-blood-stasis syndrome

Objective: To study the change and meaning of the levels of the serum leptin of type 2 diabetes patients with blood stasis syndrome and non-blood-stasis syndrome.Methods: The levels of the serum leptin of 60 patients of the blood stasis syndrome and 106 patients of the non-blood-stasis syndrome with the diabetes(type 2) were estimated by the radioimmunoassay and the relations with gender,age, BMI, %Fat,FBS,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,ET and INS were observed.Results:There was significant difference of age and HDL-C between the patients of blood stasis syndrome and those of non-blood-stasis syndrome.There was positive correlation of the serum leptin,ET,INS,TG. In the analysis of the regression,FBS, ET,TG,HDL-C finally entered in the regression equation. Conclusions:The change of the serum leptin between the patients of the blood stasis syndrome and those of non-blood-stasis syndrome with the diabetes(type 2) was not obvious.FBS,HDL-C,ET,TG and INS were the main correlative factors influencing the change of the serum leptin.
