三金通淋排石汤联合坦索罗辛治疗输尿管下段结石80例临床研究

目的：评价三金通淋排石汤联合坦索罗辛治疗输尿管下段结石的临床疗效。方法：将80例直径小于8mm的输尿管下段结石患者随机分成两组，每组40例，治疗组服用三金通淋排石汤，同时给予坦索罗辛（哈乐）0．2mg，早晚各口服1次。对照组单纯服用坦索罗辛。观察结石排出率、结石排出时间、镇痛药物使用率。结果：3周内结石排出率，治疗组为35例（87．5％）、对照组为24例（60％）（P〈0．05）。平均排石时间：治疗组、对照组分别为（5．5±3．5）d、（8．6±4．5）d（P〈0．05）。3周内肾绞痛发作而需镇痛治疗者分别为2例（5％）、3例（7．5％），（P〉0．05）。结论：三金通淋排石汤联合坦索罗辛可明显提高输尿管下段结石的排出率，缩短结石的排除时间，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research on Chinese Drugs Sanjin Paishi Tang Combined with Tamsulosin in the Treatment on 80 Cases of Lower Ureteral Stones

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficiency in treating lower ureteral stones by Chinese drugs Qianlie Sanyu Tang combined with Tamsulosin. Methods： A total of 80 patients with stones less than 8mm in diameter located in the lower ureter were randomly divided into 2 groups （40 cases in each group）. Treatment group received Sanjin Paishi Tang combined tamsulosin （Harnel） 0. 2mg, twice daily; while comparison group received tamsulosin （Harnel） 0. 2mg, twice daily. Observation of the stone expulsion rate, and the stone expulsion time, the analgesic drug usage. Results ： During the 3 weeks, the stone expulsion rate were 35 cases （87.5 % ） of Treatment group, and 24 cases （60. 0% ） of comparison group. The difference in the stone expulsion rates between groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The mean expulsion time of the Treatment group and .the comparison group was （5.5 ±3.5） d, （8.6 ±4. 5 ） d. The difference in expulsion time, between groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the two groups, in 2 （5.0%） and 3 cases （7.5%）, The difference tically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese renal colic recurred within 3 weeks and analgesics were used in the analgesic drug usage between groups didn＇t have statis, drugs Sanjin Paishi Tang combined with Tamsulosin can significantly improve the stone expulsion rate, decrease the stone expulsion time, this way i is valuable to be applied.
