| Abstract: | Diabetic gastroparesis is a complication of diabetes mellitus that usually responds to medical management. We report a patient in whom medical management failed, and a gastrostomy, pyloroplasty, and jejunostomy were done to insure nutrition and to decompress the stomach. We also review the surgical management of this condition. |
