| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盐酸氨溴索对治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效．方法将72例NRDS早产儿随机分成治疗组37例和对照组35例．两组均给予相同综合基础治疗及鼻塞式cpap给氧，治疗组加用盐酸氨溴索注射液30mg／（kg．d）分4次静脉给药，比较两组在治疗后48h的临床表现及血气变化，（PaO2、PaCO2及Pa02／FiO2）．结果治疗组21例经治疗48h后，呼吸困难和呻吟明显减轻或消失，血PaO：升高，PaCO：降低，氧和参数明显增加．两组疗效及血气，氧和指数比较有显著性差异．结论在早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征常规治疗的基础上加用大剂量盐酸氨溴索有较好疗效，可以减少病死率，提高存活率.
