摘    要:目的分析甲状腺疾病导致猝死法医病理学尸体解剖案例的特点及规律,探讨此类案例的案件特点,为法医学检案提供指导.方法收集昆明医学院司法鉴定中心2003年1月至2009年10月涉及甲状腺疾病猝死案例10例,按照性别、年龄、有无病史、病理类型、肉眼观病理形态学改变、案情调查、医院内还是医院外死亡、镜下病理改变等指标进行分类整理和分析.结果甲状腺炎占4例,弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿2例,甲状腺肿瘤2例,机体急性缺血致甲状腺出血2例,甲状腺疾病构成根本死因的占5例,均为医疗纠纷案件.结论法医病理组织学检验是正确识别和鉴定甲状腺疾病猝死的关键.

Abstract:Objective To analyze and discuss the characteristics and regularity of medical disputes of thyroid disease cause sudden death in forensic pathology autopsy case,and further to discuss the characteristics of this cases,provid guidance for forensic medicine.Methods We collected the data of medicine judicatory appraisal in Kunming 2003~2009,involving 10 cases of thyroid disease caused sudden death.According to gender,age,history and pathologic types,macroscopic view pathological morphology change,case investigation,death in hospital or outside the hospital,and pathologic changes,the data were sorted and analyzed.Results There are four cases of thyroiditis,two cases of diffuse toxic goiter,two cases of thyroid tumor,two cases of acute hypoxia induced thyroid body ooing of blood.In five cases,thyoid disease severed as the primary cause of death,and they were classified to clinical cases.Conclusion Forensic pathology inspection is the key to identify and identificate thy roid disease caused sudden death.
