| 摘 要： | 目的:通过病例分析讲解无牙颌种植义齿修复设计.方法:对3个典型无牙颌病例进行全面综合检查,提出设计方案,进行种植义齿修复,并分析修复效果,总结无牙颌种植修复的经验.结果:3个无牙颌病例经过种植义齿修复后,义齿固位稳定,功能良好,美观舒适,长期成功率高.结论:在无牙颌种植义齿修复设计中应注意①同位方式转变(可摘变固定);...

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze and explain the designs of implant supported restoration for aclusions.Methods： Three cases of aclusion patients were carefully checked and generally considered to design their treatment using dental implants.Their outcomes were analyzed.Results： The aclusions were treated by implant supported denture restoration.All patients were stable retention,well-function,comfort and with long-term success rate.Conclusions： Attentions to four aspects in the design process are needed： ① transformation of retention form removable implant supported dentures to fixed ones;② change of the shape of the denture bases;③ the variations of maxillo-mandibular relation;④ all considerations for the stomatogastric system.The long-term success rate can really be accomplished by implant supported denture restoration. |
