放免定量检测分析中室内质量控制的探讨

目的探讨放射免疫技术测定甲状腺激素分析中两种质控品在室内质量控制方法上的应用,有效地避免或减少发生项目检测结果失控的现象,为临床科室提供准确可信的实验报告.方法采用自制的P20090723批号非定值质控品,以及三个厂家分别提供的6个甲功项目药盒内定值质控品,进行甲状腺功能6个项目全年250个工作日内部质量控制.结果确定出自制非定值质控品在我室的中心线（靶值）和标准不确定度,非常符合甲功6项目标准范围的中间值,并认为250批次非定值质控品源于同一总体.可以认为本实验室与厂家实验室之间的均值和标准差之间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论实验室在使用任何质控品检测分析中必须建立自己的中心线（靶值）和标准差,才能有效的进行室内控制;以更高的精密度和准确性来重现每批实验测试的正确度;用自制非定值质控品确定了甲功6项目的我室正常参考范围.

Investigation and Practice of Internal Quality Control in Radioimmunoassay
