| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨和总结下颌骨骨折的治疗方法和经验方法:对我科收治的120例下颌骨骨折采用钛板坚固内固定术,术后1、3、6个月随访,检查颌面部形态、咬合关系、面神经功能、骨折对位及愈合情况结果:120例下颌骨骨折术后面部形态良好,咬合关系恢复至伤前状态5例感染,10例面神经暂时性损伤,2例咬合干扰结论:钛板坚固内固定术疗效可靠.操作简便.是目前治疗下颌骨骨折的较好方法

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss and summarize the experience in the treatment of mandibular fractures.Method:120 patients with mandibular fractures registered in our department were fixed using titanium rigid internal fixation plate,who and were followed up at 1,3,6 months.Results:All 120 patients after this treatment showed well-shaped face contour occlusal relations were recovered as before.5 of them were infected,and 10 suffered temporary facial nerve injury.2 had biting disturbance.Conclusion:Applying titanium rig... |
