| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of case-study method in ophthalmology teaching.Methods 752 clinical college students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group adopt case study method based on traditional teaching method.菌Results The score of the final theoretical examination of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.85.57% of the students in the experimental group hold a positive attitude to case study method.Conclusion Case study method can improve the quality of ophthalmology clinical teaching. |
