| 摘 要： | 目的探讨合并全身多部位和多脏器严重损伤的结肠损伤处理.方法回顾性分析近年来共收治的16例严重结肠损伤病例.观察结肠损伤后时间、合并症以及适宜术式对近期治愈率、术后继发感染及死亡率的影响.同时观察I期手术和II期手术对患者预后的影响.结果 16病例中死亡1例,死亡率为6.25%.近期治愈15例,近期治愈率为93.75%.术后继发感染3例,感染率为18.75%.结论结肠损伤其死亡率约为10%～15%,这与结肠损伤多同时合并多脏器严重损伤及休克的发生有关.术式的选择更大程度上与合并伤的数目、受伤程度尤其是术前、术中休克持续时间长短有关,而与结肠本身损伤的程度及受伤至手术时间的相关性较小.
