| 摘 要： | 目的:观察川芎嗪注射液与黄芪注射液合用治疗慢性肾衰(CRF)的效果.方法:将46例CRF合并凝血机制障碍者随机分为2组.均在控制高血压及低蛋白饮食等稳定状态下.治疗组23例给予川芎嗪注射液合黄芪注射液;对照组23例单纯用黄芪注射液治疗.观察肾功能及血流变指标的变化.结果:治疗组与对照组均能降低血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血浆粘度(Vis)、血沉(ESR)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)含量,提高血红蛋白(Hb)水平;治疗组指标变化更显著.结论:川芎嗪注射液与黄芪注射液联合应用治疗CRF比单独应用黄芪注射液疗效更好.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect on chronic renal failure(CRF)with chuangxiongzine injection and huangqi injection.Method: 46 cases of CRF and disturbance of blood coagulation were devided randomly into two groups.All the cases were under the stable condition of controlling high blood-pressure and low-protein diet.The treatment group,in which 23 cases were treated with chuanxiongzine injection and huangqi injection.The control group,in which 23 cases were treated with huangqi injectiong.Renal function and blood rhelogy were observed.Result: The content of BUN,Scr,Vis,ESR,Fib in treatment group and control group were lowed,but the level of Hb was improved,which in treatment group were marked.Conclusion: The curative effect of chuanxiongzine injection and huangqi injection was better than huangqi injection. |
