荔枝草及其混淆品的HPLC指纹图谱鉴定

摘    要:目的:建立荔枝草及其混淆品的指纹图谱鉴定方法。方法:色谱柱:Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;柱温:40℃;检测波长:290 nm;体积流量:0.9 mL/min。结果:共标出荔枝草药材9个共有峰,荔枝草药材与混淆品的指纹图谱有明显区别。结论:HPLC指纹图谱鉴别荔枝草及其混淆品具有重复性好、特征性强、方法简便等特点,可作为荔枝草药材的鉴别方法。

Abstract:Objective : To establish the fingerprint chromatogram for the identification of Common Sage Herb and its adulterants. Methods: The separation was performed by Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of Acetonitrile and 0.1% Phosphoric Acid mode at a flow rate of 0.9mL/min. The detection of wavelength was 290mn. Resuhs:9 peaks were separated on the HPLC fingerprint of Common Sage Herb. It was found that there were great difference in fingerprint chromatogram among them. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, stable and with good reproducibility. It may be used to identify Common Sage Herb.
