MUC-2、PCNA在结肠直肠癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨结肠直肠癌组织中的MUC-2及PCNA的表达与不同的临床病理参数的关系及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测104例结肠直肠癌和20例正常结肠直肠黏膜中MUC-2、PCNA的表达。结果20例正常结直肠组织中MUC-2的表达阳性率为100％。而104例结直肠癌组织中MUC-2的阳性率为40．38％，PCNA的阳性率为79．6％。MUC-2、PCNA在结肠直肠癌中的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度，淋巴结转移和嗽分期密切相关（P〈0．05），而MUG-2与肿瘤的分化程度无关（P〉0．05）。结论MUC-2、PCNA可能参与结直肠癌的发生发展，但MUC-2的高低不能作为结直肠癌的定性依据，它们可以间接反映肿瘤的预后。

Expression of PCNA and mucin MUC-2 in colorectal carcinoma and their clinical significance

Objective The aim of this study was to explore the expression and the clinical significance in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of mucin MUC-2 and PCNA in 104 cases of colorectal carcinoma were detected by S-P immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive expression rates of mucin MUC-2 in normal colorectal mucosa was 100% ,but the positive expression rates of mucin MUC-2 in 104 cases was 40.38%. Mucin MUC-2 and PCNA expression was related to invasion,lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging, but unrelated to differentiation. Conclusion The down-regulation of mucin MUC-2 expression may be involved in progression in colorectal carcinoma,and the detecting of mucin MUC-2 and PCNA may be predicting its prognosis in colorectal carcinoma.
