| 摘 要： | 目的 对生殖异常患者进行染色体分析,探讨染色体异常与生殖异常的关系.方法 采集患者外周血进行培养,常规制片后G显带染色体核型分析.结果 198例患者中检出异常核型15例,异常率为7.58%,其中12例为平衡易位,3例为Y染色体异态.结论 染色体异常是生殖异常的一个重要原因,对患者进行染色体检查对提高人口素质有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Objective:Carries on the chromosome analysis to the reproduction unusual patient,to study the relationship between chromosome exceptionally and reproduction unusual.Methods:Gathers the patient peripheral blood to carry on cultivating,to make chromosome G-banding and karyotype analysis.Results:In 189 example patients picks out the unusual 15 examples,the rate of abnormality is 7.58%,12 examples are the balance transposition,3 examples are the Y chromosome anomalies.Conclusion:The chromosome exceptionally is a reproduction abnormality important reason,carries on the dyeing physical examination to the patient to verify improves the human quality to have certain guiding sense. |
