盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液联合欧龙马治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的效果

目的探讨欧龙马滴剂联合左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎(ASOM)的临床效果。方法将2015年7月至2018年3月收治的198例ASOM患者(230只患耳)随机分为对照组(112只患耳)与试验组(118只患耳)。对照组用盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,试验组在此基础上给予欧龙马滴剂治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组治疗总有效率、病原菌清除率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患耳耳痛、耳鸣、鼓膜充血及耳内闭塞感评分均明显下降,且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患耳的气导听阈均明显降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论欧龙马滴剂联合左氧氟沙星滴耳液对ASOM治疗效果显著,可有效缓解临床症状,促进听力恢复,提高病原菌清除率。

Effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops combined with sinupret on acute suppurative otitis media

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sinupret drops combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media (ASOM).Methods A total of 198 ASOM patients (230 ears) admitted from July 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group (112 ears) and experimental group (118 ears).The control group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops, while the experimental group was treated with sinupret drops on the basis of this.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment and pathogenic bacteria clearance rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of earache, tinnitus, tympanic membrane congestion and ear occlusion in both groups decreased significantly, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the airway hearing threshold in both groups decreased significantly, and that of the experimental group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The sinupret drops combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops in the treatment of ASOM has a significant therapeutic effect, which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, promote hearing recovery, and increase the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria.
