摘    要:目的分析多索茶碱与氨茶碱对支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其对肺功能的影响。方法随机选择2016年5月至2018年4月我院收治的支气管哮喘患者78例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。两组患者均接受基础治疗,对照组在此基础上给予氨茶碱治疗,观察组则给予多索茶碱治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效和肺功能恢复情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的FEV_1、FVC、FEV_1/FVC及PEF均明显升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.31%,明显高于对照组的74.36%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱在支气管哮喘患者治疗中效果显著,不良反应发生率低,患者肺功能恢复效果好,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of doxofylline and aminophylline on bronchial asthma and its influence on pulmonary function.Methods Seventy-eight patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group.The patients of both groups received basic treatment, on this basis, the control group was given aminophylline treatment, while the observation group was given doxofylline treatment.The clinical efficacy and recovery of pulmonary function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the levels of FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC and PEF of the two groups significantly increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.31%, which was significantly higher than 74.36% of the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Doxofylline is effective in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma, with low incidence of adverse reactions and good recovery of pulmonary function.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
