慢性心力衰竭患者血浆白介素-37水平变化研究

目的探讨血浆白介素-37(IL-37)水平在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中的变化以及其在CHF中的意义。方法选择我院收治的CHF患者的158例为心衰组,其中89例缺血性心肌病患者,69例非缺血性心肌病患者;73例高血压患者,85例非高血压患者;29例糖尿病患者,129例非糖尿病患者。另选取健康志愿者30例作为对照组。采用ELISA方法检测血浆中IL-37水平。结果心衰组血浆IL-37水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。心衰组中,缺血性心脏病与非缺血性心脏病患者的血浆IL-37水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);高血压与非高血压患者的血浆IL-37水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);糖尿病患者的血浆IL-37水平显著高于非糖尿病患者(P<0.01)。CHF患者血浆IL-37水平与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.456,P<0.001),与TnT(r=0.373,P<0.001)、hs-CRP(r=0.353,P<0.001)、NT-proBNP(r=0.510,P<0.001)呈正相关。结论血浆IL-37水平在慢性心衰患者体内明显升高,提示其可能参与CHF发生、发展。

Study on changes of plasma interleukin-37 level in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the changes of plasma interleukin-37(IL-37)level in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and its significance in CHF.Methods A total of 158 CHF patients in our hospital were selected as heart failure group,including 89 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy,68 cases of non-ischemic cardiomyopathy,73 cases of hypertension,83 cases of non-hypertension,29 cases of diabetes and 128 cases of non-diabetes.Another 30 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.The levels of plasma IL-37 was detected by ELISA.Results The level of plasma IL-37 in the heart failure group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).In the heart failure group,there was no significant difference in plasma IL-37 levels between ischemic heart disease and non-ischemic heart disease patients(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in plasma IL-37 levels between hypertension and non-hypertension patients(P>0.05);and the plasma IL-37 levels in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in non-diabetic patients(P<0.01).The plasma IL-37 levels in CHF patients was negatively correlated with LVEF(r=-0.456,P<0.001),positively correlated with TnT(r=0.373,P<0.001),hs-CRP(r=0.353,P<0.001)and NT-proBNP(r=0.510,P<0.001).Conclusion The levels of plasma IL-37 increased significantly in CHF patients,suggesting that it may be involved in the occurrence and development of CHF.
