整体性护理干预在病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫中的应用价值

目的观察整体性护理干预在病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫中的应用价值。方法选择2015年9月至2017年12月我院收治的病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫病患者56例,根据奇偶数字分组法将其分为研究组和对照组,各28例。研究组采用整体性护理干预方案,对照组采用常规护理方案。比较两组的治疗效果、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体性护理干预可显著改善病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者的临床症状,提高疾病治愈率,且有助于维持良好的护患关系,预防并发症的发生。

Application value of holistic nursing intervention in viral meningitis complicated with symptomatic epilepsy

Objective To observe the application value of holistic nursing intervention in viral meningitis complicated with symptomatic epilepsy.Methods Fifty-six patients with viral meningitis complicated with symptomatic epilepsy admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to December 2017 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to odd and even number grouping method, with 28 cases in each group.The study group adopted holistic nursing intervention program, while the control group adopted routine nursing program.The nursing effects, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with viral meningitis complicated with symptomatic epilepsy, increase the cure rate of disease, and help to maintain a good nurse-patient relationship and prevent complications.
