| 摘 要： | 肝纤维化分期的准确判断对评估慢性肝病具有重要意义。近年来,肝纤维化无创评估方法得到临床广泛应用,以期减少肝穿刺活组织检查的使用。介绍了磁共振弹性成像在慢性肝病评估中的意义,其不仅可用于诊断肝纤维化,还可用于评估门静脉压力程度、诊断非酒精性脂肪性肝炎、评价肝脏局灶病变等。认为磁共振弹性成像可能会成为优于血清学指标及其他影像学指标的慢性肝病无创诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Accurate judgment of liver fibrosis stage has great significance in the evaluation of chronic liver diseases. Various noninvasive methods have been used for the evaluation of liver fibrosis in recent years,in order to reduce the application of liver biopsy. This article introduces the importance of magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) in the evaluation of chronic liver diseases. MRE can not only be used to diagnose liver fibrosis,but also be used to evaluate the degree of portal venous pressure,diagnose nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,and evaluate local lesions in the liver. It is pointed out that MRE may become a better method than serological parameters and other imaging indices for the noninvasive diagnosis of chronic liver diseases. |
