重复经颅磁刺激联合常规药物治疗老年抑郁失眠的临床效果

目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合常规药物治疗老年抑郁失眠的临床效果。方法选择在我院治疗的108例抑郁失眠的老年患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组采用唑吡坦联合帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予rTMS治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗6周后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3、6周后,两组患者的HAMD、PSQI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年抑郁失眠患者在给予唑吡坦、帕罗西汀治疗基础上联合rTMS进行治疗可取得显著临床效果,且安全性较高。

Clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with conventional drug therapy on senile depression and insomnia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of senile depression and insomnia.Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with depression and insomnia in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group accepted zolpidem combined with paroxetine treatment,and the observation group accepted rTMS on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3,6 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMD and PSQI in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rTMS in the treatment of senile depression and insomnia based on the zolpidem and paroxetine is effective,and it is safe.
